Creating Reference Logs Using Twitter

For the Twitter-curious among you, I have done two ref logs using Twitter. The benefit of doing this is that others see the log as it is created, and I've had other Twitter librarians jump in and help out when I posted a stumper.  The downside is that the high volume of Twittering that comes from a lengthy reference shift seems to be too twittery for some users, and I think I've lost some Twitter friends. I think it's a risk I'm willing to take, and would love to see others do ref logs via Twitter.

I'm game; I just joined up. Follow me?

I always forget about the txt thing. Not that it will change how I post ;-)

I had no problem with the ref grunts, but then, I use Twitter via the web interface. Had I been getting a text message for each one, I might have stopped following you, at least temporarily. See danah boyd's latest on how this played out for her at SXSW.
